Sports

Organized sports in Monument are primarily centered around the local public education system. Monument School often co-ops with nearby Dayville to form the **Monument/Dayville Tigers**, competing in Class 1A Oregon State Activities Association (OSAA) events in sports such as basketball, volleyball, and track and field. Local recreation also includes community rodeo events.
