Due to its tiny geographic footprint and small population, La Celle-sous-Gouzon does not have distinct urban neighborhoods.
Instead, the commune is organized around a central village hub—the *bourg*—which houses the Mairie (town hall) and the central cluster of homes. Radiating outward from the bourg are several dispersed *lieux-dits* (named hamlets) and isolated farmsteads that make up the remainder of the commune's territory. This layout is classic to rural central France.
